Circuit Training Class
Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing core strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.
Our class consists of between 10 to 14 stations using various types of equipment like fitness balls, hand weights, skipping ropes, resistance cables, punch bag, steps, plyometric ladders and jumps. We have 4 laps consisting of warm up, intermediate, advanced and cool down, spending 30 seconds at each station.
You can work at you own pace depending on your level of fitness.
Check our timetable for class times.

Kettlebells
We have regular kettlebell courses with our resident certified kettlebell instuctor Mike Moloney. Once you have completed the kettlebell course, or if you have previous certified training you can use the kettlebells as part of your own personal fitness training.
