The Gracies developed techniques that are especially efficient and work well for everyone regardless of power or strength. The art centres on simple, easy to learn techniques that allow you to defeat larger opponents in real situations

The art offers something for everyone. Men, women and teens can enjoy the benefits of being empowered by the simple and effective techniques that you take with you everywhere. Learn safely in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, whether you’re looking for self defence, competition or fitness.
